- Unitech exhibiting at The unSUMMIT
‧EN - North America
Unitech is looking forward to exhibiting at The unSUMMIT convention in Louisville, Kentucky April 27-29. Unlike traditional summits that provide a broad, overarching look at a topic with little or no depth, The unSUMMIT offers a specific focus on barcode point-of-care technology. As the U.S. government is pushing to add more technology into healthcare to improve patient safety, healthcare technology is rapidly progressing and expanding.
Unitech will be displaying its healthcare-specific products at the convention with ScanSource. These products include the PA600 MCA mobile computer and the MS337H scanner. The PA600 MCA is a rugged, compact and ergonomic mobile computer with an IP54 rating and a 4-foot drop threshold. It is both antimicrobial and disinfectant-ready, making it safe for frequent cleaning with an added layer of protection. With an integrated 2D imager scanner and optional RFID reader, the PA600 MCA is suitable for multiple healthcare applications from blood tracking to bedside point-of-care. Also equipped with Summit WiFi and CCX4 certification, the PA600 MCA offers the best protection and security of patient information and records.
The MS337H scanner is also antimicrobial and disinfectant-ready. This rugged, 2D omni-directional scanner can read both curved and damaged barcodes found on medication labels, pill bottles, and patient records. The MS337H is made to ensure accuracy when administering the correct medication to the correct patient.
Be sure to stop by the ScanSource booth at The unSUMMIT to see Unitech’s line of healthcare products.
