Unitech will be exhibiting the TASHI line of home automation technology at CEDIA Expo–the leading tradeshow in the residential electronic systems industry. This is the first time Unitech attends what is sure to be a one-of-a-kind classroom for the newest home technology trends. The Unitech booth will be #1120.

Unitech will be traveling to Denver, Colorado September 10-13. At CEDIA, Unitech will have the opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals and learn about introducing TASHI products into the U.S market. TASHI products, such as the MT650 Time and Attendance Security Terminal, have already grown in popularity in Asian markets, winning the Taiwan Excellence Award for outstanding visionary design and user-friendly interface.

“It’s time to bring TASHI to North America. CEDIA Expo will be one of our key first steps in achieving that goal,” said Unitech America President Scott Chung. “We will be able to showcase the value of our new TASHI line while also taking advantage of a great learning opportunity for us.”

Unitech will continue to prepare for a full three days on the CEDIA floor. Extensive planning is required to make a successful first impression when meeting fellow CEDIA members. Unitech plans to showcase four different solutions on four kiosks, each manned by an experienced member of the team. Unitech will be prepared to teach the market the advantages of choosing TASHI for home automation solutions, while at the same time, gaining valuable market knowledge.

Unitech's TASHI line features time management, security, and communication solutions for both home and office use. TASHI–Time and Attendance, Surveillance, Home Automation, and Intercom–terminals integrate access control, intercom services, and various security functions for residential and commercial applications.

Unitech will be exhibiting both entry-level terminals and advanced multi-function controllers at CEDIA. Different terminals can be equipped with fingerprint readers, cameras, speakers, barcode readers, and magnetic stripe readers for continuous surveillance and access control. For home use, TASHI terminals can be programmed as door phone and security intercoms, intruder alarms, hazard detectors, and control panels for lighting, curtains, and appliance and temperature control–all easily managed through a smartphone or tablet.
